rauss hurwitz problemi ne demek?
- Polinomun veya doğrusal-kesir fonksiyonunun tüm köklerinin sol yarım düzlemde yer alması koşullarının bulunması problemi. Problemi ilk kez 1868 yılında Maxwell önermiştir. 1877 yılında Rauss probleminin ilk çözümü verilmiştir. Uygulamalarda kullanılabilir çözümünü ise 1895 yılında Hurwitz vermiştir.
